Delivery in mainland France, Belgium and Luxembourg is free from €65.

Deliveries in Metropolitan France
Our shipping times are as follows:

For any order placed Monday to Friday before 11:30 a.m., the order will be shipped the same day.
For any order placed Monday to Thursday after 11:30 a.m., the order will be shipped the next day.
For any order placed from Friday after 11:30 a.m. to Sunday evening, the order will be prepared the following Monday.
For all orders placed on public holidays, the order will be shipped the following business day.
During busy periods (Christmas, Black Friday, etc.), our logistics workshop faces a significant flow of order preparation... A delay of 1 to 2 days is therefore possible, we thank you in advance for your indulgence.

The Customer has the choice between several delivery methods, the costs and delivery times of which vary:

 

Deliveries to France
Home delivery: Colissimo - €6.90
2 to 3 working days for any order placed before 11:30 a.m.
24 to 48 hours for all orders before 11:30 a.m. (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Home delivery: Chronopost - €9.90
The next day for any order placed before 11:30 a.m.
Outside the European Union, customs or import taxes may be added to the price of our products and remain the responsibility of the Customer. It is therefore the responsibility of the Customer to find out their amount from their local customs office.

 

Deliveries to Belgium
Home delivery: Colissimo - €8.90
4 to 8 working days for any order placed before 11:30 a.m.
Home delivery: Chronopost - €9.90
2 to 4 working days for all orders before 11:30 a.m. (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Deliveries to Luxembourg
Home delivery: Colissimo - €8.90
4 to 8 working days for any order placed before 11:30 a.m.

Deliveries to Switzerland
Home delivery: Colissimo - €9.90
4 to 6 working days for any order placed before 11:30 a.m.

Deliveries to Germany
Home delivery: Colissimo - €9.90
4 to 7 working days for any order placed before 11:30 a.m.
Returns and Exchanges
You have a withdrawal period of 14 days to return the item(s) from the day of delivery of the package. To do this, we invite you to fill out this form: “I would like to return my order”

Note that to avoid possible return costs, you can either refuse the package when it is delivered to your home, or leave the package at the postal point.
Upon receipt of your package, we will reimburse it and notify you by email.
